This was the fifth X-class solar flare from sunspot region 2192, a record for the number of X-class flares generated by a single group so far this solar cycle. It was also the third X-class flare in less than 48 hours, which may be an indication of intensifying activity. This sunspot group has grown again and maintains its beta-gamma-delta magnetic complexity.

In the past 24 hours, sunspot region 2192 has produced two X-class flares – X1.0 peaking at 17:08 UT yesterday and X2.0 peaking at 10:56 UT today. Neither of the flares seems to be associated with an Earth-directed CME (coronal mass ejection).

This region continues to increase and it is maintaining its beta-gamma-delta configuration. As a result, flare activity is expected to produce X-class eruptions. Region 2192 is currently situated in the western solar hemisphere as it continues its rotation to the farside of the Sun. However, it is still capable of producing moderate geomagnetic storms as charged particles hit the Earth’s magnetic field.

Another area to watch is the long filament in the northern hemisphere as it continues its passage across the solar central meridian. Its possible eruption may lead to an Earth-directed CME and possibly combining with region 2192’s flaring activity.

Watch for escalating or expanding Earth changing events such as earthquakes, volcanoes, various wind anomalies, rapid temperature flux, and extreme weather. This watch is in effect for the next 72 hours.

About Earth Changes Media w/ Mitch Battros

Mitch Battros is a scientific journalist who is highly respected in both the scientific and spiritual communities due to his unique ability to bridge the gap between modern science and ancient text. Founded in 1995 – Earth Changes TV was born with Battros as its creator and chief editor for his syndicated television show. In 2003, he switched to a weekly radio show as Earth Changes Media. ECM quickly found its way in becoming a top source for news and discoveries in the scientific fields of astrophysics, space weather, earth science, and ancient text. Seeing the need to venture beyond the Sun-Earth connection, in 2016 Battros advanced his studies which incorporates our galaxy Milky Way - and its seemingly rhythmic cycles directly connected to our Solar System, Sun, and Earth driven by the source of charged particles such as galactic cosmic rays, gamma rays, and solar rays. Now, "Science Of Cycles" is the vehicle which brings the latest cutting-edge discoveries confirming his published Equation.
